Darksydephil's Bugged Eye Mechanics

For those who don't know, Phillip Burnell is a gaming Youtuber/streamer who is active since 2008. He is still today notorious for his frustratingly poor gaming skills, his massive ego that puts off almost everybody and his questionable decisions in his career and life.

Basically, it's just incompetence.

I attempted to make my depiction of him as accurate as possible. This had naturally resulted in Phil looking like a pug in this drawing.

Pugs can be cute, however.
