City of Eduardo

This was a practice of drawing and coloring in cities, towns, streets, anything that could be used as a background. I also discovered that there was a built-in feature called "Oil Paint" that makes my images have wavy textures, similar to Van Gogh's paintings. That's a perk of upgrading Adobe Photoshop.
